RAP
The Referral Agent Partner (RAP) program offers sales agents
the opportunity to operate as nonexclusive licensees with
independent offices.
RAP agents have the freedom to hire, train and maintain

a way to determine if the BNB Agent Alliance Program (CAAP)
or our independent sales organization (ISO) program is the

BNB supports the First Data® ISO/Agent Program representing
five distinct revenue opportunities to help agents and independent
sales organizations (ISOs) expand their merchant base and
increase their business profits.
The First Data® ISO/Agent Program encompasses five
revenue opportunities that have helped agents and independent
sales organizations (ISOs) significantly increase their
business profits. The programs are as follows:
BNB Agent Alliance Program (BNBAAP) — BNBAAP supports
all back-office functions, including underwriting, risk
management and marketing. Whats more, BNBAAP delivers a
significant clearing bank opportunity through Wells Fargo,
and assumes 100 percent of merchant processing risk. Backed
by Biz N Box, BNBAAP agents can offer their merchants a
broader array of competitively priced products and services
Referral Agent Partner (RAP) — The
RAP program offers sales agents the opportunity to operate
as nonexclusive licensees with independent offices, along
with the freedom to hire, train and maintain their own team
of professional sales representatives. RAP is a profitable
option for agents to start using BNB as a means to determine
if any of the other ISO Program options are a right fit
as their businesses grow.
Retail FACS — First Data assumes
100 percent risk of an agent's entire merchant portfolio
and performs all underwriting and risk management functions.
Wholesale FACS-This program is ideal for
ISOs that already manage their own risk and underwriting,
but don't have the means to acquire and maintain a banking
clearinghouse relationship. With an established platform
to work from, and a sponsoring member clearing bank, we
allow these ISOs to maintain their business-as-usual approach,
while significantly enhancing their payment processing capabilities.
Full Service Processing — Perfect
for larger ISOs that have already established solid relationships
with sponsor and settlement banks, but need the stability
of an experienced payment processor.
