As the business owner, you have the choice of issuing Club or Loyalty Cards or just using the customer’s Drivers License number each time they make a purchase. You set the point value or the percentage of the discount Club Card members can earn or receive.

Point of Sale

Biz in a Box Point of Sale will allow you to run your concession stand, pro shop, restaurant, pool admissions and front desk cash operations. Track inventory counts, do sales analysis and cash management reports with this powerful, easy to use application.

Specify different screen templates for different registers, i.e. items sold from front desk may be different from items sold through concession stand.

With use of handheld scanner, scan items to enter info by UPC number.

Assign all Items to General Ledger Account Codes to enable Account Distribution reporting. Ability to assign different GL Accounts for Sales, Discounts, Inventory, COGS, and AP.
Shift Reconciliation
Automatic reconciliation of cash drawers at the end of shifts identifies any shortages or overages.
Suspend Transactions
Ability to suspend and save transactions when customers step out of line.
Lookup Transactions
Ability to locate suspended transactions in order to finish sales, or locate previously completed transactions in order to process refunds.
Customizable “quick picks”
Set up buttons for easy selection of your most frequently sold Items.
Password Control
Set up cashiers with customizable access to features along with individual passwords.
Customizable Receipt Layouts
Customized receipts can be created with up to eight lines of text in both the header and the footer.
Shift Management
Ability to view Total Receipts, view Total Pay outs, and enter Drawer Totals for each shift. Users may view previously reconciled shifts, enter shift notes, and edit current shift totals.
