All members are designated as Resident or Non-Resident in the Individuals database. When selling memberships, the system automatically assigns the correct fee to appropriate individuals.
Multiple Payment Options
Memberships may be paid in full at the time of purchase, partially paid, or automatically withdrawn from a member’s checking or savings account at regular intervals.
Multiple Payment Methods
Payment methods in Biz in a Box are user-defined. Create as many different payment methods as your organization accepts and assign them to existing payment types, including: cash, check, credit card, ACH, Checking/Savings.
Membership Reports include:
Member Check-in summary, Membership Expiration, Package Count, and Membership List.
Financial Reports include:
Sales Analysis, GL Account Distribution, Departmental Sales, and Credit Card Expiration report.
