VMS (Visitor Management System) is a visitor management
and identification module for companies that have frequent
visitors.
The VMS module allows you to welcome and manage your visitors'
comings and goings, whether they are planned or not. With
the optional VMS card printer, you can quickly produce a
self-adhesive badge, for your visitors giving them an access
pass valid only for the length of the visit. An identification
card can also be issued for the vehicle, allowing your security
service to rapidly find the vehicle's owner.
VMS maintains a history the history of all visits to your
company. The first time someone visits your facility, all
the needed information is captured and stored. When this
visitor returns, they can be quickly checked in and sent
on their way.

By issuing RFID enabled badges to visitors, they can be
continuously tracked throughout a building in real-time,
wherever they go.
VMS detects when visitors enter areas where they may be
in danger or present a security hazard, and will respond
in real time by notifying nearby staff. VMS can also monitor
and enforce visitor escort policies because it knows exactly
where the visitor's escort is too.
VMS badges are in constant contact with the control network
so that an attempt to tamper with a VMS badge will be immediately
detected. Additional security devices also ensure that visitors
cannot leave badges behind without detection.
